The last photo is from when Dave was on the "Breakfast with the Beatles" radio show in Los Angeles on November 17, 2002. They played on air Dave's studio version of the George Harrison song "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)" from the GH tribute CD "Songs From The Material World".
