Since I tried to play both versions while listening to the CD I think that
Bill Armstrong's version is right (F/Dm/Bb/Eb). Try to play the Eb using a
four string barre in the first fret, in this case it's much easier than
anyother fret.

The easiest way to play Eb is to slide the normal 'C' major shape up 3 frets 
and leaving an open G string (don't play the top E either).
